We have worked across a range of government and Mayor of London initiatives, contributing as strategic advisors and delivery partners. This includes involvement in Skills Academies, LSIP funded projects, and Green Skills programmes, alongside shaping the development of IoT Kite Marks and helping providers align with national priorities and raise their strategic profile.
A key part of our work involves supporting clients in serving their communities more effectively, including establishing employer advisory boards, aligning curriculum with local labour market needs, and increasing employer-led opportunities. We also represent our partners at external events, policy roundtables, and industry forums to champion their work and position them as leaders in the sector.
In addition, we provide expert support in Ofsted readiness and compliance, working closely with providers to develop robust quality assurance frameworks, strengthen operational delivery, and secure successful inspection outcomes.
